No customer loyalty
Been transfer banned for something that’s happened on my account when I wasn’t even in the country, was on holiday and gave my younger cousin my Xbox as he has no console and wants to play the game, I have no idea what has gone on whilst he had been on my account but I returned home last night to find I had been transfer banned for apparent coin distribution, tried appealing and they denied it straight away but failed to give me a reason why, feel extremely betrayed as I’ve bought every fifa and fc game since fifa 11, I also don’t understand how YouTubers and pro players who are obviously buying coins and promoting them don’t have any action against them, for example I saw a YouTuber the other day with 48 million in his account, why hasn’t he been transfer banned, and he does it every fifa and fc game so ea is clearly turning the blind eye to anyone well known and it made me realise that ea have no customer loyalty unless you are well known
