no option to use 180hz refresh rate in Fullscreen

in full screen mode i cant get FC 26 to use my monitors refresh rate, and the max it allows me to set is 165hz. I want to use 180hz (or even 200hz if i OC my monitor). I can sometimes achieve 180hz/2...

Have the same problem, have to wait like 3 seconds when tabbing out
