Not possible

It's like a month now i cannot finish the offline draft because in the last game against Manchester city the team's player are invisible or something and the game keeps crashing. The problem cant be solved and the support guy tells me i have to write in this forum si the team can contact me here to tell what the problem is!? Really? Thats hilarious for what the game is nowadays.. and this bug man.. just hilarious
