not received my pre order rewards for ordering fc 27 ultimate plus
the 99 stats and the icon pick are not showing up on my ultimate team what do I do?

shocking behaviour something it says we get with pre-ordering and they dont give it us is unacceptable...
It is totally shocking and there's no way to contact them. Great company. If they can't give the pre order stuff on FC26 I dread to think what 27 is gonna be like. I might ask for a refund. If I ever find a way to contact them
