Re: Division rivals ping and matchmaking issue

Since last night I’ve been experiencing a persistent issue with matchmaking and in-game connection on EA Sports FC 26 (PlayStation 5).

Before the match starts, my connection is completely fine — the ping stays around 12 ms — but as soon as the game begins, the ping suddenly spikes above 300 ms, and then the match disconnects.

I’ve also noticed that right before the disconnect happens, the team names appear as “Arsenal vs Arsenal”, and then the game drops the connection.

My internet is stable, NAT Type 2, and other online games work perfectly without any lag or disconnections. It seems to be a server-side or matchmaking problem in the UAE/Middle East region, starting since last night and still unresolved as of now.

Kindly check if there’s an ongoing issue or a regional routing problem affecting players in this area.
