Challengers qualification not working

hey, can anyone help me with this !!!

i am in div 7 and finished the 3 matches to get the challengers entry requirement objective done, but for some reason it says entry requirement not met and complete the challengers entry requirement objective is not ticked. 

I have just downloaded the game today on a ps5
