Online Draft problem

Hello , I made an online draft a few days ago and the reward glitched , it says I can't claim them.But after I restart the game the reward show up  on my store but they also show up to be claimed, even after i open the packs.And I can reapeat this glitch many times and I don't want to be baned. Also the reward are different every tine and I get coins from them.What should I do. Thanks
