I am not able to play anyone in online friendlies or seasons it just says barcelona vs real madrid and stadiumname_1 and then says this message anyone know how to fix this because all my friends can play eachother and run seasons and i cant.

Hello, first try repairing the game via the EA app. If that doesn't work, first back up the C:\Users\your user name\AppData\Local\EA SPORTS FC 26 folder and then delete the original folder (this should force the game to recreate clean files). I hope this helps you fix the problem.
