Packs went missing

Ok, so i had saved 3 5x87s to open on console, i had done all the daily upgrades, bunch of 5x77 and 2x84...but i saved the big packs for console. 

I logged on to console and the packs where gone. I signed out, logged into the app again and.... Packs still missing. 

I have restarted the console, i have signed out of everything. But some 20 hours later my packs are still gone. 

What gives? Why did they just disappear?
