Passing /Crossing Power inconsistency

I've noticed sometimes even though only small amount of pass/crossing power can randomly result in longer passss which means the ball ends up aiming for wrong player. Same issue sometimes going for long crosses it might randomly pass to someone closer. The inconsistency makes it hard to predict where the pass will go.
