PC issues with fc 26

I purchased this game a week after launch and I haven't been able to play a single game mode. Online game modes are worse as I experience server lag. It feels like I'm playing the game in 0.5x speed and it becomes very GLITCHY and stutters ALOT . This game is highly unplayable. It is not my network ,as I can run my other games very smoothly on my laptop.

• Windows 11 (64 bit)
• I7
• 16 gb Ram
• Direct x 12
• Nvidia GEforce GTX 1650

Please assist.
