[PC] Lag/Stutter in 2nd Half of most Matches

The game feels really smooth during the first half, but after that  it just starts to stutter.

I've already tried : 

• Low graphics, fullscreen, fps capped at 60
• Verified game files
• Restart game between matches
• V-Sync off
• High Performance mode

The recent patch (V 1.4.0) did not fix this issue.
