Re: any solution to input delay?

Hi EA Community Team,

Since TU 1.1.3 (early Nov 2025) and worse after TU 1.3.0 (Dec 2, 2025), EA SPORTS FC 26 on PC has become unplayable in online/competitive modes for me.

Affected modes

Rivals / Champions / Pro Clubs (online competitive)
Offline modes like Squad Battles / Rush are fine yet a bit of performance drop after 1.3.0

Symptoms
Controller input delay builds up to ~4–6 seconds (pass, shoot, sprint, switch)
Can’t skip celebrations/replays because the input doesn’t register
After halftime, there’s a freeze/stutter and the 2nd half becomes unplayable
FPS can drop to “slideshow” level during stutters/set pieces, with GPU usage spiking
Starts normal, then gets worse after ~10–15 minutes
Troubleshooting already tried (no fix)

Reinstall/repair, latest drivers, low settings/FPS cap, wired controller + different USB ports, clean boot/background apps off.

PC specs
Windows 11 Pro (10.0.26200 Build 26200)
MSI Crosshair 15 A11UEK
Intel i7-11800H (8C/16T)
16 GB RAM

Timeline

I started playing at launch (Sep 18, 2025). The issue started early November and I haven’t been able to properly play online for about 2 months.

Request

Can a Community Manager please:

Acknowledge this as a tracked PC issue, and
Confirm whether it’s being investigated (possible link to anti-cheat / online performance), and
Share any known workaround or ETA for a fix?

I Have find the perfect solution. I don't have any symptons at all. I Just uninstalled the GAME!

I uninstalled 1-2 months ago. They dont care us i know it. Just uninstall bro.

It is everywhere bro and this issue has been there from day one. I guess they're trying to tell us that PC users are no more welcomed. This made console users to gain advantage over PC users every day. Every day, there comes update addressing this issue, but the problem never gets solved.
Bro, just hope that this FPS issue doesn't even get your PC damaged. These people don't give a dime about we the PC users.

We are experiencing severe delays and lag on PC. Is the issue caused by our PC specifications, or is it from your servers? Please be transparent so we know whether we should upgrade our devices or wait for a fix from your side. The situation is becoming very frustrating.
