Persistent connection issues in EA FC 26 — unable to play Rivals or tournaments

I’ve been experiencing constant disconnection issues in EA SPORTS FC 26 on PC for a long time now. I can’t finish Division Rivals or tournament matches — I always get kicked out of the game. I’ve tried all the troubleshooting steps suggested by EA Help (reinstalling the game, checking connection, updating drivers, clearing cache, etc.), but nothing helped.

 

I also contacted EA Support, but the issue still hasn’t been resolved, and I can’t play the game I paid for. Since the main online modes are unplayable, I believe this is a serious technical issue on EA’s side.

 

Can someone from the EA team please look into this further or advise what can be done next?
