Players missing

Folks,  logged into Web App a few days ago to find players missing from my Active Squad. Evo'd Llorente, Camavinga and Frimpong. I thought I'd maybe been hacked but these players are untradable, therefore seems unlikely. I also haven't submitted any large SBC's for some time. Hoping for some assistance to determine what has happened. On top of this, I tried to Evo the same player after buying them again on the market, and it threw back and error saying I already had the Evo'd Player! Thank you.
