Playstation 5 pro, bad graphics

Hi, I have a problem on ps5 pro. In cutscenes, corners, free kicks, penalties the game looks like it's running in 360p resolution. It's so bright and it just looks awful. This doesn't feel like a ps5 pro improvement to me. Guys please fix it, several people I've read have the same problem. Thank you very much.

I paid extra for something that's even worse, and it's tagged PS5 Pro Enhanced.
