Missing players and error submitting SBCs

Hello,

 

I am experiencing an issue in FC 26 Ultimate Team. Several players have disappeared from my club, and I am unable to complete SBCs. Whenever I try to move players, I receive the following error:

 

“These players cannot be moved because of a previously disconnected gameplay session. Please log back into your console and back out of Ultimate Team to the main FC menu.”

 

I have already logged into my PS5, exited Ultimate Team to the main menu, restarted the game, and tried again, but the issue persists.

 

Please investigate my account and help restore the missing players and resolve the SBC issue.
