Pre-order bonuses not received and no response to EA support ticket

Hi all, I pre-ordered EAFC 26 on PC for my son and he hasn’t received any of his pre-order bonuses. We have tried the usual like logging in and out of the EA app, uninstalling and re-installing the game etc but nothing has worked. I have raised a support ticket via the EA website but there has been no response from EA and I have no way of following it up. Is there any advice anyone can give, either if you had a similar issue and managed to get the bonuses to appear, or in how else to contact EA to get the issue resolved? I have double checked my pre-order confirmation email and that confirms bonuses were included in the order, so it is definitely something we should have received.
