Pre order missing premium pass

I pre ordered ultimate edition fc26 on Xbox series X, I still haven't received my premium pass yet and I'm on the correct account bit of a joke now game been out 4 weeks please can this be sorted 

I have friends who have received and payed at same time as me however I'm still waiting 

Tried EA help but they no help at all I pay £90 for a game and don't receive what I payed for not acceptable
