i havent recived my premium pass for season 1 even tho i pre ordered before 26 of aug! Anyone else?

Same here! They don’t do anything about it either it seems, I’ve tried to get help, but nothing happens.
Yeah:/ same for me. Tried ea help for a long time, when i finally got a trough they just told med to uninstall and install! Didnt work and when i told them they just said i had to post it here and wait😂
