Previously I couldn't create appeal and now the case is closed

Hello!

For two weeks I couldn't create appeal because it always showed the same error message:

"Case not created.

We ran into an issue creating your case, but we're working on it. Wait a few hours and try again."

I replied in discussion about this issue but I didn't get any response. I also tried the things that were written there like trying to appeal other day (I tried to appeal almost every day but got the same error) and also tried from different devices (phone and PC). But nothing worked and I told you about that in other discussion but I didn't get any response or help.

And now because it's been 2 weeks the case closed automatically and there is no way for me to appeal.
