Pro Clubs - No Double XP Complaint Request

Please advise where I can file a formal complaint.

A number of users did not receive the Double XP consumable during the Pro Clubs Double XP event over the past week, and it has been two days since the event ended and we are still yet to be compensated, despite it being brought to your attention by multiple users in multiple threads:
