Pro clubs glitch

Hi,

I am currently in a promotion pro clubs game to get to division 1 and both teams have been frozen on a thrown in animation screen for roughly 40 minutes.

We are already 1-0 up in the 10th minute of the game.

Is there a way to resolve this for both teams to not get kicked out of the promotion matches or for us to win and for them to gain a loss without either team winning.
