Pro clubs lobby glitch

I been helping a team start up in eSports during pre season, the team is purple pills FC since the club was made they been struggling to find games so whenever they Searched while lobby would get booted out , the manager has club on middle east region I've seen others have same issue I helped a different team spoke to manager he hasn't had any issues cause he plays on British isles server is there no way that you can make match making via default like ultimate team instead of selecting regions or whatever just it should auto put club in region everyone is mainly from ect as it's joke past 3 days with them has been nightmare I did tell manager to change club region hopefully she dose it but I've not seen yous post or replying to any feedback regarding this in game where it gets point you just can't play cause lobby just boots you when you search.
