Pro Clubs Not Working on My Primary PS Console – Needs Technical Escalation

Hello EA Support,

This issue is NOT related to account linking. My EA account is already linked correctly and active. I have verified this multiple times.

The problem is that Pro Clubs does NOT work on my primary PlayStation console, while it works perfectly when I log in with the SAME EA account on a different PlayStation. Ultimate Team works fine.

This clearly indicates a device-specific or server-side issue on your end, possibly related to my account after changing my PlayStation username.

Please do NOT send generic articles about account linking again. I need this issue escalated to a technical specialist to investigate Pro Clubs access on my primary console.
