Pro clubs

As a member of the fc26 community I have not been able to connect to pro clubs with my friends in the UAE. This has been a constant and ongoing problem and should be resolved immediately. The main problem is in the matchmaking part, the screen on the bottom right shows a box that has searching written on it yet we are not able to join and sometimes wait hours for no answer. We have tried all of the answers from chat gpt and other sources yet no effective source so far.
