Pro Player face Edit - Menus stuck in a loop, jumping, skipping

When editing the pro player in clubs all menus work fine besides the face edit. When selecting the face edit the menu is stuck in a loop, skipping or jumping to the next. I am using  PC, EA Play pro, different controllers, also set the steam settings, removed steam, reinstalled, disabled all overlays.
