I bought FC SEASON PASS and there are some rewards that cannot be collected

It’s happening with me too along with i can’t access the pass i wasted my money and no one is bother to even help

- Gamertag/PSN ID: Templatemaster69
- Timestamp (date, time, and timezone) when you last attempted to access Clubs/Season Pass on console: i tried playing in this new season start 13th feb 2026
- Did you sign in a different game version: (example: you played on PS4 and went back on PS5) no
- Do you use any other account on your console to play FC 26? No
- Did you try via the Web or Companion App: Yes
- Were you ever able to successfully access Clubs or Season Pass before? When was that or what changed? Yes i dont know what changed but last season it was fine since then i have played soo many mateches i didnt see the rewards given to me i realised something is wrong can you please help?
