PS5 Game crashes

Despite my internet connection being perfect, after about 3 mins in the menus the EA server disconnects and I must re-connect. When I enter an online game, either myself or my opponent disconnects.

That’s a quick reply EA_Aljo. I am having the exact same problem (and have been posting here for weeks without reply, but no worries)
can you offer me the same attempt to resolve the issue?
