PS5 turns off or showing high temperature alert while playing FC26

Many times, while playing fc26, my ps5 shows a message the console temperature is high and has to be turned off, or that the console simply turns itself off without a notification. Usually while 2 players are playing together in kick off mode. 
in practice the device is not hot. I took the device to the lab, they opened it and cleaned it, replaced the thermic ointment, but the issue persists. Anyone familiar with such issue?
