RB button is stuck in a specific save.

After playing a manager career for several seasons, the RB button suddenly becomes permanently pressed while attacking — without any maiden actions. This happens after a couple of seasons and has occurred in four separate saves. It's not a gamepad issue, since other game modes work fine, and resetting the control mapping didn't fix it.
