Hi there, I'm sorry to hear you're unable to connect to Ultimate Team.

Could you please let us know which troubleshooting steps you've tried with chat support and what platform you are playing on?
Also, I see that you mentioned "my account on a Ban", did you receive any emails saying that you've been banned?

My friends and I can’t find any opponents on clubs. We are all in the squad, and the game looks forever for opponents until it says search failed… any ideas why? We play crossplay if it matters….
