Can’t connect to ultimate team.

I can’t connect to ultimate team, I can connect to EA. I can play all other game modes but ultimate team. I have done everything in the forums, I have re downloaded fc26. I have used different wifis....

Hi there, I'm sorry to hear you're unable to connect to Ultimate Team.

Could you please let us know which troubleshooting steps you've tried with chat support and what platform you are playing on?
Also, I see that you mentioned "my account on a Ban", did you receive any emails saying that you've been banned?
