Re: Clubs and Season pass unavailable

I’m having a serious issue in EA SPORTS FC 26 where I cannot enter the Clubs game mode at all.

Whenever I try to open Clubs, I get:
“Unable to connect to the EA servers.”

Important details:
• Ultimate Team and Online Co-Op work perfectly on my account
• I reinstalled the game
• I’m on a wired Ethernet connection
• Other EA accounts on the SAME console and SAME network can access Clubs with no issues
• My friend on the same ISP can play Clubs
• I cannot even enter the Clubs menu (error appears before the hub loads)

This confirms the issue is NOT my internet, console, or ISP.
It appears to be an account-specific FC26 Clubs profile initialization/desync issue on EA’s servers.

I’ve already contacted EA Help and opened a support case, but I’m posting here because other players seem to be experiencing the same problem.

If anyone else has this issue:
• Can’t open Clubs at all
• Other modes work
• Other accounts work on the same console

Please reply so this can get visibility and be escalated.

 

Edit: ( For people who have access to their EA accounts, turning of 2FA forces EA to resync your clubs profile, this solution has worked for me)

    Yeah, it’s really frustrating; have you tried turning off 2 factor authentication(2FA) for your EA account? If that doesn’t work I suggest you make a support case after the holidays and ask them to escalate it to a clubs specialist since your clubs profile needs to be deleted or recreated.

    I have the same issue did you manage to get this solved. I tried reinstalling, changing dns & MAC address, unlink and relinked my ea account nothing worked

    Yeah I tried all and that doesn’t work the issue is happening this holiday since many profiles are getting desynced from EA servers so those are of no help you have to force EA to resync the profile by turning off 2FA so it updates your account; clubs goes through an extra verification process that has to do with 2FA turning it off forces a reset in the profile and you won’t lose any levels etc

    possible solutions:-

    Turn off 2FA 

    Contact EA support and ask to escalate to a specialist who can recreate or reset your Clubs profile

    Is there another process after you turn off the 2FA, because I did that and it's still not loading the error message is still there

    Try turning it on again then logging out all your devices on EA then launch fc26 if it gives the error turn it off; this issue has to do with EA servers and none of it is ur console or internets fault if that doesn’t work make a support ticket

    Hello, I stumbled your post today after trying to figure out what the problem is since I am also having the same issuse. Everything works just fine, except pro clubs. I am going to turn off 2FA and see if it works. Will update.

    We highly advise you enable 2FA. Accounts are very susceptible to being hijacked with it turned off.

    Following up on my previous post from last night. After trying everything I can to fix the problem, I finally went ahead and tried turning off 2FA and restarted everything. And it worked. I can now open pro clubs. Thank you. I understand its recommended to enable 2FA, but EA should fix that instead of customers having to turn off soemthing thats recommended to get things working. Just saying.

    We are working to get this resolved. In the meantime, be extremely careful. We see hacked accounts come up daily and they be very difficult to recover from. I would hate to see all your hard earned progress and content be lost because of this. Again, I can't recommend it highly enough that you re-enable 2FA.

    I’m having the same issue where I bought the premium pass via the companion app with 1000points and none of the coin rewards are showing up; I was able to claim the players and evos; so it’s partially claimed. When I log into the ps5, the progress does not seem to have tracked. 

    it’s been around 10 hours; would love it to get resolved. Thank you

    For me turning off de 2FA worked. Now I need to know how can I turn it back on and not bug it again, because I did it and problem came back.

    If you go into your account on ea.com, select settings and privacy, you can then turn off / turn on 2FA.
