Unfair Competitive Disadvantage Server Infrastructure Location

Hi EA Support Team, I am writing to express my frustration regarding a major competitive disadvantage I face in EA SPORTS FC 26 Ultimate Team, specifically in Rivals and Champions. I am playing on a high-speed 1000 Mbps fiber optic connection, which is perfectly stable and flawless in all other applications. However, because I live in a country without a local EA server, my connection is forced to route to distant servers. This setup creates an uneven playing field. Players located in countries with dedicated local servers consistently experience a massive advantage, including: Lower ping (often single digits) and instantaneous button responsiveness. Flawless gameplay free of heavy touches or artificial delays. In contrast, despite my premium internet infrastructure, I still suffer from: Higher base ping and severe gameplay delay (input lag) due to physical distance. Desynchronization, where my players react noticeably slower during critical tackles or shots. Heavy, unresponsive gameplay that makes it impossible to compete at the highest level. In highly competitive modes like Champions, where rewards and rankings depend on split-second reactions, infrastructure inequality directly impacts performance. It feels unfair that matchmaking pairs us against opponents who enjoy a massive hardware and routing advantage, nullifying the quality of my local internet connection. Could you please pass this feedback to the network infrastructure team? We urgently need better matchmaking filters (such as strict ping limits) or regional server expansions to ensure fair competition for everyone. Thank you!
