Re: Clubs and Season pass unavailable

On xbox series x my season pass is not working, i can not claim rewards and my progress is not given in the last 5 DAYS. I wrote to EA several times since jan. 8. and nothing happened. They just leave me with “we are sorry about the situation” and that other players have the same issue, we do not need an apology we need a solution ASAP! I really hope that we will get the xp that the game did not give us, because if this problem did not happen i would have got the evos at level 20 already…
