Re: Clubs and Season pass unavailable

“For approximately one and a half months, I have been completely unable to access or use the Season Pass objectives in FC 26. The Season Pass page shows an error stating that the service is currently unavailable, and I cannot earn any progress at all.

This issue only affects my account, while other players can access the Season Pass without any problems. I am playing on PlayStation 5.

I have tried logging out and back into my account, restarting the game and my console, and checking my internet connection, but none of these steps have resolved the issue.

This problem has seriously affected my progression and overall experience in the game. I kindly ask you to investigate my account and provide a permanent solution to this issue.”

    Hello everyone, 

    I just can’t enter the rewards area in FC season (which you enter from missions) 

    It says that “ Season ticket service is not available right now and you won’t process in awarding system of Season Ticket”

    Also in main page, I don’t see any SP points.

    Hope you can help me.

    Same problem. I have raised the issue just like you have but still no help from EA. Makes playing UT season useless as the objectives with SP not worth completing. Other problems are :- SBC's not allowing the use of storage items also showing all players when you just want to pick a certain position, club etc.

    Hi all, I believe this has already been reported in this Megathread. Please take a moment to review the message below. Thanks.

    For people who play FC 26 on multiple platforms aka generations such as PS4 and PS5:

    • If you log in on GEN5 and then close the game, you will not be able to log in on GEN4 for 30 minutes after closing the game. After those 30 minutes, you can log in normally.
    • If you log in on GEN5 and do not close the game, you will not be able to log in on GEN4 until the GEN5 game is closed and an additional 30 minutes have passed.

    This behaviour is working as intended and if you're regularly switching between platform generations, please make sure the game is fully closed and after 30 minutes you should be able to access the Season Pass and Clubs on the other version.

    If you are still experiencing issues accessing Season Pass and Clubs, please provide us the following information to help with the investigation:

    • Platform:
    • Gamertag/PSN ID:
    • Timestamp (date, time, and timezone) when you last attempted to access Clubs/Season Pass on console:
    • Did you sign in a different game version: (example: you played on PS4 and went back on PS5)
    • Do you use any other account on your console to play FC 26?
    • Did you try via the Web or Companion App:
    • Were you ever able to successfully access Clubs or Season Pass before? When was that or what changed?

    The exact timestamp is necessary in order to find the entry in our logs. The most recent attempt is also important here.

    ❗ Important Security Update
    We noticed that some of you disabled Two-Factor Authentication (TFA) as a temporary workaround.

    Please note that account security is extremely important to us. If you have disabled TFA, make sure to re-enable it as soon as possible by following the steps in this article How to enable two-factor authentication on your EA Account.

    Keeping TFA enabled helps protect your account and personal information.

    I have two EVO items bugged from last season that cannot be opened, quicksold, moved, or sold. They are stuck in my store and are blocking my packs, meaning I currently cannot open packs, buy packs, or access the store properly. This is also affecting SBC progress and the current Future Star content.

    This started after my Season Pass became blocked on PS5 (and now also in the Companion App). I claimed a reward via the app, and since then, the store has been broken due to these EVO items.

    What I’ve already tried:

    • Restarted the game and console
    • Reinstalled FC 26 and downloaded again
    • Tried the PS4 version (the season pass works there, but the EVO items are still bugged)
    • Tried Companion App + web access

    The EVO items remain bugged across all versions.

    Main issue: I need EA to remove or reset the two bugged EVO items because they are blocking my store and preventing me from progressing. It's been blocked for months, and so has the Season Pass. However, the season pass is not the most important. Right now, the two Evos bug is my main issue.
    Details:

    • Platform: PS5
    • PSN ID: Daruislimmijimex
    • Last attempt: 1:20 PM (UK time)
    • Other accounts used: No
    • Access via app/web: Yes
    • Previously worked: Yes, more than 2 months ago

    I’m currently unable to complete SBCs and content because the store is blocked.
    Please escalate this to technical support and remove/reset the two bugged EVO items.

    I am having the same issue, and it makes it worse that I paid for the premium version. I think a full refund is in order. We paid for a service that is not being delivered.  Wouldn't this be fraud?

    I am having the same issue. I have done what is recommended and it's not working.

    Until two days ago I was able to access on the companion app, now that is not working as well.

    I am using an Xbox

    It is happening today

    Previously everything has been working fine up until about 3 weeks ago.

    I feel I should receive a full refund for the premium pass as its not working.

    I have the same problem.

    Njjavad/ No other sigings/ I only have Xbox One s/ No other account is on my console/ yes i do SBCs on my webapp companion which has not been working as well for the last a few days/ I have always been successful accessing season clubs and season pass since 2020

    Hope to receive justifiable reply from you as it is so irritating these days.

    what are they doing in real mate? They have closed my webapp temp because as i read due to high number of SBCs, they believed it is a kind of bot! Can't understand EA

    Hello,

    May you please advise till when i shall wait for someone's feedback from EA? It is really frustrating!

    Season pass progress is not working and web app and mobile apps the same for me!
