6 months , still unable to use ea web app

As the title suggests, I have been unable to login to the ea web app nor the companion app for more than 6 months. and every time I try logging in , I get the same message: "login unavailable. Please login on your PC/console for full access". I kid you not , its been the same SINCE LAST NOVEMBER....

I am reposting this as It got labelled as spam even though this is my first ever post. I genuinely hate how poorly EA treat their fanbase , how the F*** is my post spam , you might as well accuse me of dating AI robots....
