Re: Clubs and Season pass unavailable
Hello EA Support,
I am experiencing an issue with Clubs mode in EA SPORTS FC 25 on PlayStation 5.
Since today, I have been unable to access Clubs. Every time I try to open the mode, I receive a message stating that there is a network error and that the game cannot connect to the EA servers.
The strange thing is that everything else works perfectly. I can log into FC 25 without any issues and I can play other online modes such as Ultimate Team. The problem only occurs when I try to access Clubs.
I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps:
- Restarted my PlayStation 5
- Restarted my internet connection/router
- Logged out of and back into my EA account
- Deleted and reinstalled EA SPORTS FC 25
- Checked my network connection (NAT Type 2)
- Confirmed that other online game modes are working normally
Despite all of these steps, Clubs still does not work.
Could you please investigate whether there is an issue with my account or Clubs profile and help me resolve this problem?
