I purchased the ULTIMATE version and received 2,000 FC POINTS, but I didn't receive the Premium season pass. I had to spend 1,000 on the pass, and I want my FC points back. This is a rip-off.

I also received all other pre order bonus’s like the icon and the points but have not received the premium pass as promised. I would rather not have to spend 1000 of my 2000 points. Pls fix this

I contacted support and explained the situation, they returned the 1000 FC points back to my account.
