Re: Didn’t receive season pass, and used 1000 points to buy it

Hi everyone,
If the Premium Season Pass doesn’t show up right away, it’s usually just a quick refresh issue. Try restarting the game, and your account should sync so the pass appears properly.

If you bought the Premium Season Pass using 1,000 FC Points, please reach out to our Support Team.  The team will make sure to review your account and get everything sorted for you.

    What if I still haven't received my icon pack and my season pass, I restarted several times, nothing. I reached out to chat support and still nothing i so lost and very disappointed

    I bought ultimate edition and the premium pass doesn’t show up. I’ve tried restarting but still doesn’t show up. Can you look into it please? PS BigMikeH12
