Issues in Ultimate Team (RTTF League & Ultimate Gauntlet 14)
Dear EA Sports Support,
I am experiencing two serious issues in EA Sports FC 26 Ultimate Team that are affecting my progress in events.
Issue 1: RTTF Champions Cup Qualification Problem
In the RTTF League event, I achieved 7 wins (the requirement to qualify for the RTTF Champions Cup). However, the system did not unlock access to the RTTF Champions Cup.
There is a clear inconsistency in the progress tracking:
My RTTF League record shows 7 wins and 7 losses.
In the RTTF Champions Cup entry requirements it still shows 6/7 wins. In the Objectives section, the “Win 7 matches” objective is also stuck at 6/7.
Because of this issue, I cannot access the RTTF Champions Cup even though I completed the requirement. I have attached screenshots that clearly show the problem.
Issue 2: Ultimate Gauntlet 14 Match Registration Problem
In the Ultimate Gauntlet 14 event, I have already achieved multiple wins (6 wins). However, after finishing some matches, I receive a message saying:
“Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the Main Menu.”
After this message appears, I am removed from Ultimate Team and the match result is not counted (winning or losing) and stuck in 4th match of the round, even though the match was already completed. This is causing my wins and progress in the event not to be registered correctly.
This issue is extremely frustrating because it causes loss of progress in competitive events.

Please review my account progress and correct these problems as soon as possible.
