I used Firefox now and wrote the ticket under "Activation issues". Now I was able to create a ticket. I will just wait for an answer now and hope that they refund it like the other users here said.

But guys, I spoke to EA customer support again, and they said that we just had to wait 24 hours and FIFA would return to our library.

i ave the same problem and no response can you show us what they said cause i can't refund my key anymore and it's already like 24 hours since the problem emerged and nothing new

the live chat support says that they ll fix it and then you ll have your team back.

I already got the refund by Eneba. They responded within an hour after I sent a ticket under “Activation Issues.” I wouldn’t count on EA to issue a refund or restore your game.
