Failed to get ready for match

It’s not letting me play clubs at all I deleted the game and re-downloaded it to see if that will help but it didn’t. It’s been like this for a whole day now every time we start a match, everyone else will still be in the match but it will take me out and say “ failed to ready for match” can you fix it so I can play the game I didn’t buy it to not be able to play it
