I didnt get one too is there a way to get it?

I contacted crunchyroll and they said if you had  a subscription within the past two years you’re unable to get it. They said it’s only for people new to crunchyroll but the thing is I never had a subscription before???

I got a code but when I try to put it , it says it doesn’t work code invalid is there anyway to contact ea about it ? Or do I contact crunchyroll
