Re: Input delay and game lagging(after the first half) PC

I am posting this on behalf of my friend because he can't get any actual support from this company that doesn't even let him post a post on the forum. So, he bought the game on PC recently after playing FC 25 and FC 24 normally. We wanted to play a friendly but when we enter the match, he doesn't see the same thing that i see. To be exact, i do something, it apears on his screen like 5-10 seconds later. Also, when he does something, for example pass the ball, on my screen I see it normally, but on his it happens 5-10 seconds later. It can't be his interenet, because he turned on that overlay thing later and he saw green ping, around 25, for the whole time, without any packet loss. We tried to fix it with any way possible: We reduced his settings to as low as they can go, we tried to fix his internet, we lowered his fps cap, both on game and his graphic card app, etc. Nothing helped even slightly. And this problem isn't only in friendlies, its in any online modes. Can somebody please help him because we want to play clubs normally.
