Im having the same issue the tiny tim one prevents me completing the last objectives as i cant buy a cahill either 

Same here. It actually showed me that every objective would give an 88+x5 pack. I tried to claim them, got an error and thrown out of objectives. Went back to check, and they were all claimed, but no rewards anywhere. Not the 88+x5s or the correct rewards.

I’m having the same issue to lads, claimed around 15 objectives but nothing and says the objective is complete on every one.
