Fc26 transfer market false ban


I got transfer market banned because i got rank 1 on futchamps and got 300k in my balance as a reward which system detected it as coins transfer i never had a player bought on my accounts for a while probably 2 months i use only evos havent contacted any illegal ways (stores) i hope to get unbanned because unfair to get falsely banned at the time i am playing 1300 hours and u can check my balance before and after and my transfer market . the amount of coins i had was 900k and 500k ish before rank 1 rewards

    I am writing this post to bring attention to a transfer market ban on my account that I believe is a "False Positive" caused by a technical misunderstanding of my login patterns and account activity.

    I have been a dedicated player for a long time, and I strictly follow the rules. Here are the facts regarding my account:

    • Official FC Points User: I do not buy or transfer coins. I regularly purchase FC Points through official stores to build my team. My account history clearly shows that my squad's value comes from legitimate packs and rewards.
    • VPN Usage (Work Related): Due to the nature of my work, I must use a VPN frequently. This causes my IP address and location to change often while my console or Web App is active. I suspect that EA's automated security system flagged these frequent location changes as "suspicious activity" or "unauthorized access," leading to this unfair ban.
    • No Violations: I have never engaged in coin distribution or any third-party services.

    I am looking for a Manual Review of my case. The automated responses I receive via email do not address the VPN factor or my history as a legitimate FC Points customer.

    Could a moderator please look into this or escalate my case to the Terms of Service team for a human investigation?

    Hey ACRossoneri89​ all appeals are independently investigated by a member of the team.

    They are not automated or done by AI, they are human-reviewed. The team does use templates to ensure uniformity across all users.

    I would recommend using the link I shared in my previous post to appeal the ban again with the team.

    We are not able to assist further with this on the forums.

    I am wondering why you have @'d me in this reply to another transfer ban?

    Was this a cut and paste error on your part? Or is there a reason for it?  Any specific questions that i can help you with?
