I’ve raised 3 tickets, cannot get in touch with live chat or over the phone and I still haven’t had my icon pack from pre order

I’ve had a ticket resolved apparently even though I’ve had no conversation or resolution with anyone, no info 

what is the point in preordering if I dont get The bonuses? It makes no sense to me
