Re: No game modes to select from the main menu - Only News/Upgrade screen

Hi EA_Pulsar​ If the team is aware of and working on this issue, please acknowledge through @EASFCDirect on x.com and add an entry on your trello board. It has been 24 hours now with no feedback about this anywhere! Seeing many more players facing the same issue throughout social channels.

I have not pre ordered any version of the game (which should be irrelevant when discussing issues with the EA Play trials) and am facing the same issue where I have no game modes available to play. It is happening on both X|S version and Xbox One version. Could it be some account issue? Here is a another screenshot

UPDATE: After seeing someone else report web app issues. I also have all features disabled on the web app, which I was able to access on 17th Sep. My Gamertag is 'Killz n Thrills' on xbox. Attaching images from my web app. This has all the hallmarks an account issue.
